Assertive Communication Skills

 

Introduction

Assertiveness is an essential skill in the working environment and in all our relationships with other people. Being assertive builds self-esteem and increases our ability to handle conflict and criticism. It enables us to deal with interpersonal problems in an open and constructive manner.

This program is designed for people who want to improve their personal effectiveness by developing their personal self-confidence and their ability to interact with others in an open and appropriate way.
